Shipping policy

Once the payment is made, we need 2 days to prepare a PDF proposal that we send to the client to confirm that the position and dimension of the logo are correct. If the logo is not vectorized, this process may take a little longer.

Once the client has confirmed the proposal that we send in PDF and we have his approval, we put the order in production queue. The production lasts around 7 working days.

Therefore, the total delivery time between when the order is placed and the cake boards arrive at the client's home is approximately 2 weeks.

Shipping times are as follows:

Mainland Spain: 24 hours
Balearic Islands and Portugal: 3 days
Continental Europe (France, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Germany): 3 days
Austria: 4 days

Ireland: 5 days
United Kingdom: 7 days

Free Shipping

  • Mailand Spain and Portugal: orders above 50€
  • Balearic Islands: orders above 90€
  • Continental Europe (France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Austria): orders above 150€
  • Ireland and United Kingdom: orders above 200€

Shipping Rates

If your order does not reach the values specified above to cover the shipping costs, the system automatically calculates the shipping costs on the final screen before making the payment. You will be able to see the shipping costs once you enter the value of your order and the delivery address and decide whether you pay and check out or add some extra items to have a free shipping.

 

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at the checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Our local pickup times are from 10am to 2pm from Monday to Friday. 

Shipping to the UK and Switzerland

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches its destiny.

Our customers outside the EU might be charged additional duties and import taxes when they receive their shipments. 

Our shipments are Delivered at place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller is only responsible for shipping the product, and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Sometimes transport companies do not treat the merchandise with affection and although we pack all orders with great care, some items may arrive damaged. In that case we always offer a refund or send back those items that have been broken along the way.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us a photo of the item’s condition.

About Customs

En Papiers is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of En Papiers to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. En Papiers is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge of the original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should En Papiers mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, En Papiers is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
